Mobile Bible Seminary provides Christ-centered, Bible-based, ministry-oriented, and academically structured education designed to prepare pastors, church workers, Christian educators, missionaries, worship leaders, professionals, and emerging ministry leaders.

Under the Office of Academic Affairs, our academic departments bring together biblical and theological education, practical ministry training, worship and creative arts, applied artificial intelligence, and digital technology.

Our goal is to develop students who are grounded in Scripture, sound in doctrine, mature in Christian character, competent in ministry, and prepared to serve effectively in the twenty-first century.

OFFICE OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

The Office of Academic Affairs oversees the academic programs, curriculum, faculty, course development, instructional standards, assessment systems, research, and academic quality of Mobile Bible Seminary.

It ensures that all courses remain faithful to the Holy Scriptures, academically organized, ministry-relevant, and responsive to the changing needs of the Church and society.

The Office of Academic Affairs is headed by the Dean of Academics and supported by the different academic departments and academic service offices of the institution.

ACADEMIC DEPARTMENTS

1. Department of Biblical Studies

The Department of Biblical Studies focuses on the careful study of the content, history, background, theology, and message of the Holy Scriptures.

It helps students understand the Bible as one unified revelation of God’s redemptive plan, centered in Jesus Christ.

The Department of Applied Artificial Intelligence provides practical and ethical training in the use of artificial intelligence for ministry, education, leadership, communication, creativity, productivity, and personal development.

Applied Artificial Intelligence courses may be taken by students from different academic levels as elective subjects, continuing education courses, or part of an approved academic program.

AI105 — Twenty-First-Century Christian Ethics

Examines contemporary moral and ethical concerns involving artificial intelligence, digital technology, privacy, communication, media, work, relationships, and Christian responsibility.

The Department of Digital Arts and Media develops creative and technical skills for visual communication, digital ministry, Christian education, church branding, online outreach, and multimedia production.

Digital Arts courses may be taken as ministry electives, continuing education subjects, certificate courses, or part of an approved academic pathway.

Develops AI-assisted learning systems, self-paced modules, digital courses, multimedia lessons, and innovative instructional resources.

Provides access to biblical, theological, historical, ministerial, digital, research, and multimedia learning materials.

Ministry Practicum and Field Education Office

Coordinates internship, supervised ministry, church placement, field education, mentoring, and practical ministry evaluation.

MBS P.A.C.E. PROGRAM

Progressive Accumulated Credit Education Program

Flexible Academic Credit Pathway

The Mobile Bible Seminary Progressive Accumulated Credit Education Program allows students to customize their studies according to their ministry calling, personal interests, educational goals, academic level, available time, and financial capacity.

Students may choose from biblical, theological, ministerial, worship, artificial intelligence, digital arts, and other available subjects.

Every successfully completed subject earns three official academic units that are permanently recorded and accumulated for future academic evaluation.

Students may enroll in one subject at a time or take several subjects simultaneously. They are not required to complete an entire degree program in one semester.

After completing the requirements of an individual subject, the student receives an Official Certificate of Completion and three academic units.

Accumulated credits may later be evaluated toward the appropriate Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or Doctoral Program, subject to current MBS academic policies and requirements.

Step 1: Select Your Academic Level

Choose the undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate level appropriate to your educational background and ministry goals.

Step 2: Choose Your Subjects

Select available courses from the different academic departments.

Step 3: Enroll Per Subject

Enroll in one subject or several subjects based on your available time, ministry needs, and educational goals.

Step 4: Complete the Requirements

Complete the required lessons, assessments, projects, examinations, ministry outputs, or practical activities.

Step 5: Receive Your Certificate and Units

Receive an Official Certificate of Completion and three official academic units for each successfully completed subject.

Step 6: Accumulate Your Academic Credits

Continue taking subjects and accumulating units toward a future certificate, diploma, undergraduate degree, graduate degree, or postgraduate qualification.
