Doctorate Program Requirements
To be officially admitted and to graduate from the Doctorate Program at Mobile Bible School (MBS), each student must comply with the following academic, spiritual, and practical requirements:

Admission Requirements
- Payment of Registration & Course Fees
(Fees to be discussed upon enrollment or inquiry.) - Personal or Church Statement of Faith
Submit a copy of your own Statement of Faith. You can also submit the statement of your local church or denomination. This helps us understand your theological background. - Curriculum Vitae (CV)
Include educational background, ministry experience, and professional qualifications. - Conversion Testimony
A written narrative of how you came to faith in Jesus Christ. - Ministry Testimony
A summary of your past and present involvement in ministry and how God is using you. - Master’s Degree: Applicants for Doctorate Programs must possess a completed Master’s Degree or at least 30 graduate-level units from any theological or related graduate program.
- Photo Documentation
Add pictures as proof of ministry or theological work, depending on the program:- For D.Min: Picture during ministry . For D.Miss: Picture in a mission field. For D.Div and D.C.Ed: Picture while teaching inside a church or community. For Th.D: Picture preparing theological work or contribution to theological education

Academic Requirements:
- Per Subject Reflection Paper
- Minimum of 500 words per subject
- Summarize your theological understanding
- Include practical ministry insights
- Describe your personal application
- Dissertation or Capstone Project
Choose one:- A full doctoral dissertation
- A teaching module derived from your dissertation, designed for churches or Bible schools
(This should demonstrate both theological depth and practical ministry value.)
ANNOUNCEMENT FOR JUNE 12 GRADUATION DAY

Practical Ministry Requirement:
Online Practical Teaching Sessions
- Conduct at least 4 – 5 online teaching sessions
- Each session should last a minimum of 2 hours
- Formats may include live Zoom classes, webinars, or pre-approved teaching engagements.
- These sessions must show your ability to teach theological and ministerial content effectively
Graduation Evaluation:
Completion of the doctorate program will be evaluated based on:
- Fulfillment of all academic and practical requirements
- Faithfulness to biblical doctrine and ministry application
- Active involvement in Christian ministry
Unit Requirements for Doctoral Degrees in Bible Schools (Online)
1. Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.)
- Total Units: 30–45 units
- Includes:
- Core courses
- Electives
- Ministry project or dissertation
2. Doctor of Theology (Th.D.)
- Total Units: 45–60 units
- Includes:
- Advanced theological courses
- Research methodology
- Comprehensive exams
- Dissertation
3. Doctor of Christian Education / Doctor of Missiology / Doctor of Leadership
- Total Units: 36–54 units
- Includes:
- Core and specialization courses
- Practical ministry courses
- Research or capstone project
4. Doctor of Divinity (D.Div.)
- Note: Often honorary, but when offered as an earned degree:
- Total Units: 36–60 units
- Includes: Research, theological reflection, and applied ministry
