Progressive Accumulated Credit Education Program
Flexible Academic Credit Pathway
Unlike the MBS Ladderized Degree Program, the MBS Progressive Accumulated Credit Education (PACE) Program allows students to customize their learning according to their ministry calling, interests, and educational goals.
Students are free to choose subjects within their desired academic level. Every successfully completed subject earns 3 official academic units, which are permanently recorded and accumulated toward future academic qualifications.
Students may enroll in one subject at a time or several subjects simultaneously. There is no requirement to complete an entire degree in one semester. Credits never lose their value, provided students comply with the current MBS academic policies.
How MBS P.A.C.E. works?
Step 1
Select the academic level you wish to study.
Step 2
Choose any available subjects within that level.
Step 3
Enroll in one subject or multiple subjects according to your available time and ministry needs.
Step 4
Complete all course requirements and receive your Certificate of Completion.
Step 5
Earn 3 official academic units for every successfully completed subject.
Step 6
Continue accumulating credits toward Certificates, Diplomas, Bachelor’s Degrees, Master’s Degrees, or Doctoral Programs.
The remainder of your document (Unit Equivalency, Undergraduate Subjects, Graduate Subjects, Postgraduate Subjects, AI Courses, Digital Arts, and Academic Evaluation) can remain exactly as you wrote it.
I also recommend adding this short Official PACE Motto just before the closing section:
Study What You Need. Earn Credits That Last. Build Your Ministry One Subject at a Time.

Academic Evaluation
Students are encouraged to choose subjects that best fit their ministry calling and educational goals.
Upon accumulating the prescribed number of academic units, completed coursework will be evaluated by the MBS Academic Office and Registrar to determine the appropriate certificate, diploma, degree, or advanced academic standing.
MBS PACE
Progressive Accumulated Credit Education Program
Flexible Academic Credit Pathway
Unlike the MBS Ladderized Biblical and Theological Education Program, the MBS Progressive Accumulated Credit Education (PACE) Program allows students to customize their learning according to their ministry calling, interests, educational goals, and available time.
Students are free to choose any available subjects within their desired academic level. Every successfully completed subject earns 3 official academic units, which are permanently recorded and accumulated toward future academic qualifications.
One of the unique features of the MBS PACE Program is its per-subject enrollment option, allowing students to study one subject at a time or several subjects simultaneously. There is no requirement to complete an entire degree in one semester, making theological education accessible to pastors, church workers, OFWs, professionals, and busy adults.
After successfully completing the requirements for an individual subject, students receive an Official Certificate of Completion for that course. Every completed subject also earns 3 academic units, which are permanently accumulated and may later be evaluated toward Certificates, Diplomas, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral qualifications in accordance with current MBS academic policies.
