With over three decades of combined experience in engineering and ministry leadership, Pastor Joel Dexter Reyes brings a unique blend of technical insight and biblical conviction to both the marketplace and the church. His pastoral heart and theological depth have empowered churches and trained leaders across the Philippines, UAE, and Canada.
Joel Dexter P. Reyes is a passionate pastor and educator with a rich history of church planting, discipleship, and theological teaching. Currently serving as Church Planting Pastor at Headway Christian Church in Calgary, Alberta, and as Professor and Dean of Biblical Studies at Mobile Bible School Inc., his ministry extends across nations and generations. From leading Bible studies in small groups to lecturing in seminaries, he remains committed to gospel-centered transformation and equipping the saints for the work of ministry. His extensive pastoral service includes key roles in churches throughout Dubai, Sharjah, Edmonton, and Calgary.
A licensed electrical engineer by profession and a seminary-trained theologian by calling, Pastor Joel continues to build both churches and lives on the solid foundation of God’s Word.
