Time Management Tips for Self-Paced Learning

Being a faithful steward of your studies requires commitment and careful planning. Balancing your studies and other responsibilities can be challenging, but with these tips starting with the letter “C,” you can make the most of your learning experience:

Commit to a Consistent Calendar: Carve out dedicated blocks of time each week for your studies. Even one or two hours daily can make a big difference. Treat this as a class commitment to keep you on track.
Concentrate on Complex Courses First: Start with the more challenging subjects to lighten your workload and make steady progress. Prioritizing this way helps reduce stress as you move forward.
Create Checkpoints and Track Progress: Use planners, calendars, or reminders to stay on top of assignments and due dates. Setting small, achievable goals each session helps avoid cramming and keeps you motivated.
Contribute to Community: Comment on video modules on Facebook and YouTube as your attendance marker. Active engagement supports retention, helps the learning community, and fulfills attendance requirements. “Moreover, it is required in stewards that one be found faithful” (1 Corinthians 4:2, NKJV).
Consider Consistent Breaks: Taking short breaks between sessions can help you absorb information more effectively. A refreshed mind will keep you focused and productive.
Celebrate Milestones: Reward yourself after completing each video module with a small treat—take a walk, enjoy a coffee, or relax with something you love. This keeps you motivated and acknowledges your achievements.

Take your studies seriously, stay consistent, and see how God blesses your commitment!

Important Reminder: 3-Month Inactivity Policy

To help you stay on track, please keep in mind:

Three months without module engagement or comments may lead to enrollment being dropped, which could affect your academic progress.

Activity Requirement: If you go beyond three months without completing or interacting with at least one subject/module, your enrollment status may be marked as inactive. Staying active by engaging with each module is essential to maintaining your progress and eligibility for certificates.

Good News! If you become inactive, we’ve made a grace-based remedy to avoid the heavier burden of repaying the full tuition. Instead, you may reactivate your enrollment by simply paying the ₱1000 miscellaneous fee again—a small step to help you return without financial strain.

Even if you’re marked as inactive:

However, certificates or diplomas will only be issued once you’re officially reactivated and have completed the necessary coursework.
